Jake Song’s story begins with a leap of faith when he immigrated to the United States at age 12 from South Korea. Speaking no English and facing financial constraints in New York, Jake learned early the importance of adaptation and persistence. These foundational experiences would later shape his approach to business and innovation.

In 2014, Jake joined the United States Air Force, where he served for five years in North Carolina. Military service instilled in him the discipline, strategic thinking, and systematic approach that would later become hallmarks of his business methodology.

After completing his service in 2019, Jake and his wife relocated to Denver, Colorado, where he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. He founded FlyCredit, which evolved into 3Cipher, a comprehensive financial solutions company. Under his leadership, 3Cipher went beyond traditional business funding, pioneering innovative programs like the ‘401k Rescue’ that helped retirees optimize their portfolios through strategic diversification.

As the financial industry evolved, Jake recognized the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in business. This insight led him to Austin, Texas, where he combined his real estate expertise with cutting-edge AI technology. As a licensed realtor with Exp Realty, Jake discovered that many real estate professionals were struggling with time-consuming marketing tasks that could be automated.

This realization sparked a new mission: helping real estate professionals leverage AI to transform their businesses. Jake developed a suite of AI-powered solutions that automate everything from content creation to lead generation, allowing agents to focus on what they do best – closing deals and building relationships.
